Hello there! I'm Megan, a community-taught illustration and lettering artist who's passionate about helping brands and small businesses communicate stories through expressive designs.

While I've dabbled in art over the years, I started drawing and lettering almost daily in 2020. In that lonely year, I poured myself into virtual art classes offered by professional artists to feel more optimistic, encouraged, and, if I'm being completely honest, to disassociate. There was a lot going on in 2020, right?! But the more I made, the better I got. And quickly, I felt a sense of purpose, fulfillment, and joy from making and sharing my art. It became an outlet for me to encourage, connect with, and spark joy for not only myself but others.

I love creating colorful, bold illustrations and lettering pieces that are lighthearted, honest, and a lil' funky, like my oh-so-silly passion project Big Granny Energy. But my absolute favorite part of the creative process is connecting with others – through collaborative projects, conferences, and the occasional art challenge.
